Below is some important information about rug aftercare, payment processes and International shipping.

RUG AFTERCARE

  • No Washing Machines Please!

    If there is a mark/spillage on the rug;

    - Spot clean using soapy water and a clean cloth or towel

    - Gently dab the area and avoid soaking the rug too much

    - Use a dry, clean towel to remove any excess moisture

    - Air dry completely before stepping or walking on the rug.

  • General care

    Try to keep your rug out of direct sunlight for lengthy periods of time-this may cause discolouration :(

    Vacuum regularly & keep out of moist areas eg. Bathroom floors

  • Shedding (Moulting)

    Some light moulting or shedding is completely normal in the first week or so. Just hoover the rug a few times and the fibres will settle down naturally!

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Processs Times

    Each rug is handmade to order, so processing times can vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. On average, orders take 6-8 weeks to complete

    *Process time is currently 10-14 weeks*


    I can provide a more accurate timeframe once we’ve discussed the details of your design.


    If you need your rug by a specific date, please let me know when placing your order. I’ll do my best to accommodate and will confirm if it’s possible.

  • Payment

    Once we’ve confirmed your rug design and you’re ready to go ahead with the order, you have two payment options:


    Option 1:

    Pay via bank transfer or PayPal

    – A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your order

    – The remaining 50% is due once the rug is ready to ship


    Option 2:

    Pay in full upfront

    – I’ll send you a custom listing with a payment link through the website

  • UK

    All standard UK shipping is straightforward and hassle-free. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and cover most orders.

    For custom or oversized rugs, shipping prices may vary depending on the size and weight of your order, l'll always let you know before dispatch so there are no surprises.

  • EU & INTERNATIONAL

    I'm happy to ship internationally! Please note that orders sent outside the UK may be subject to local customs fees, duties, or import taxes once they arrive.

    What this means:


    - Shipping fees from the UK are shown at checkout.


    - Local customs may apply extra charges before delivery.


    - Costs vary depending on order value and your country’s tariff rates.
