Welcome to Off The Cut. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Us
Off The Cut creates and sells handmade rugs, wall hangings, artwork, prints, and other products. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders include any item made to a customer’s specific design, size, colour, or specification.
A design, quote, and estimated completion timeframe will be agreed before production begins.
Once work has begun on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
As all custom pieces are handmade, minor variations in colour, size, texture, and finish may occur and are not considered faults.
We reserve the right to decline any custom order request that may infringe copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
5. Production Times
All products are handmade and production times may vary.
Any completion or dispatch dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Off The Cut is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including supplier issues, shipping delays, illness, or unforeseen events.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Off The Cut is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
For ready-made products, customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Custom-made and personalised products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their purchase.
Off The Cut is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, storage, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, artwork, product descriptions, logos, and website content remain the intellectual property of Off The Cut unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off The Cut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
