Ready-made items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Custom orders have individual production timelines, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Once an order has been dispatched, Off The Cut cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Off The Cut cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels. Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned and needs to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
